Whether it is improving your public speaking or clearing away information bottlenecks, Vector helps you solve your organization's communication problems

Facilitation

Solving the long-term questions your organization faces

Events designed by Vector Research + Development help organizations face questions such as:

  • Should we diversify or focus?
  • What really is shareholder value?
  • How do we make strategic alliances work?
  • How to empower employees and teams?
  • Planning for uncertainty using scenarios
  • Revealing corporate core competencies

Turning questions into strategies

Sometimes the output of these sessions is a new corporate vision or mission for the organization. A vision statement, for example, includes the mission (the reason the organization exists), its strategy (the work it does), and its values (how its people behave).

Whether it is improving your public speaking or clearing away information bottlenecks, Vector helps you solve your organization's communication problems

The Vector approach is not to use one method but an array of options. Every organization needs a custom approach.

Vector Research + Development solved one organization’s internal communications hurdles by helping the staff to present one-minute role-play dramas depicting their communication bottlenecks. For another client, every participant became a seminar leader and presented their key skill to their colleagues. For a client whose leaders were facing unruly meetings, Vector designed a workshop on handling hecklers.
